The new year starts with a lot of updates

- We've converted Xavier Forum, World Trade Forum and Ad Bazar Forum to phpBB3. Unfortunately as always when working with phpBB it didn't go perfect at all. Just to mention a few of the problems: The avatars where lost, some users show up as only guests, the posts are not sorted in the correct order and some users may have to use the "Lost password" function before they can login again.
- The News and Announcement forum at Xavier Forum and the Announcements forum at World Trade Forum will be replaced by this blog. An animated news banner will show up in all forums instead of a news forum in each and every forum.
- World Trade Forum and Ad Bazar will be moved to the same sub domain as Xavier Forum and the Post Free Ads Forum at Xavier Forum will be replaced by World Trade Forum completely.
At the moment we're just using the standard subsilver layout, but we're going to do some customizations during the coming week.
