The latest turbulence on the worlds stock markets actually got one good thing and that's the exchange rate between USD and SEK (if you earn most of your income in USD that is). As you can see on the graph below you now get 7.11 SEK for each dollar and just a few months ago you got only 5.91 SEk for each dollar. This is extremely good if you earn your income in USD and have most of your expenses in other currencies.

Unfortunately we can't say the same about other currencies like EUR versus USD.

As you can see on the graph we have a negative trend for people (and companies) earning money in USD and spending them in EUR . If you on the other hand import for example goods from US and pay in USD you have better times now then a few months ago but still it's far away to the lowest exchagne rate between EUR and USD.
