The web site WebUnload.com is for sale by it's owner at SitePoint.com due to financial reasons. Web Unload is an auction web site where users can list web related stuff for sale like domain names, complete web sites, consulting services and even one or two freebies

So what's so special about this web site and why are you giving them free advertising? Well, it's because it's a cool domain name and last year we found a web site for sale there that we acquired . I would call it a succesfull purchase.

Web Unload got unlimited potential if you're a little bit creative. You could easily expand the site with a  forum, a blog and all of a sudden you got a complete webmaster site

The downside is the enormous drop in visitors in the last year. A little bit more marketed this site could have resulted in a nice profit for the owners, but with only 219 US unique visitors in December according to Compete (please note that Compete are rough estimates) it's not so impressive.
