Today it's Blog Action Day and the idea with this day this year is to have as many blogs as possible to write about climate change today (you can read more about this at XavierMedia.org). We at Xavier Media is of course joining in and we we write a little bit about wind powered hosting to reduce the impact on the climate.

Most people don't realize that by surfing the web and using computers you consume a lot of electricity. As an example we found an article about how much energy needed to provide you search engine results:
