The longer password you select the harder it will be to hack/guess and if your password is made out of both lower case and upper case letters + numbers you get a more secure password then if it just contains lower case letters.

Use capital letters:
Using capital letters in your password will increase security.

Use special characters:
Using special characters like *,+,-,?,! and % will increase security, however not all systems can handle this kind of passwords.

Use 567891011121314151617181920 characters in my password.
